Less than 24hr Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Ciela Artistry Studio your time is valued — and I kindly ask that you value mine as well. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment with no call/no text, a 100% fee will be charged. Multiple times will restrict you from booking. • Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may be canceled and considered a no-show.
